GRADING SCALE
Implemented 2009-2010 School Year

Courses taken on a pass/fail basis will not be calculated into GPA or class rank.  In order to be eligible for the honor roll, students must take a minimum of six graded courses.  Course taken on a pass/fail basis do not qualify as graded courses for honor roll purposes.

GPA is calculated by noting the Quality Points for each course taken.  Note: AP and Honors courses are weighted.  Add the Quality Points and divide by the total credits attempted.  The result is the GPA.
